These can be used on one of those new fangled MP3 portable mini gramophone thingies.
Alternatively if you want to use old fashioned CDs you can use software such as WinAmp or Windows media player to convert them to CD format and let you burn them to CD.
You can then download the cover image as follows:
Right click the image and select 'save picture as' Print to desired size (using imaging, art or DTP software of your choosing) and then cut out. (Always ask an adult to supervise you when using scissors and firearms).
